“I absolutely love my job and I feel honoured to be recognised for what I do. Now reflecting on this experience, I feel very proud of myself and how far I have come. I am excited for my future within Bristol Care Homes and wouldn’t be where I am without the amazing support from my colleagues and the management team.”
