Beech House is an elegant building in period style situated at the head of Prowse Close, a select housing development close to the centre of Thornbury.

There are 52 individual rooms here, each with an en-suite, contemporary décor and a warm, homely feel. Wherever you go, it’s light, bright and spacious, from the open corridors to the communal spaces. You’ll enjoy our well decorated conservatory, and our award-winning garden.

The historic town centre with its castle and charming high street is nearby. A wide range of shops and leisure facilities are located in Thornbury which is a thriving community town. It is also easily accessible from the A38 and only a few miles from the M4/M5 motorway interchange.

Fees & Funding

We look to deliver high standards of care at the best value possible.

Whilst we do not have charitable status, we aim to operate as a social business, rather than a commercial profit maximising business.

We, therefore, aim to keep our prices for care as affordable as possible, whilst still providing the best quality care.

Our standard weekly price for Beech House is £1,470. The price will vary depending on the type of rooms available and the care needs.

All self-funding residents admitted to a nursing room will be charged an amount equivalent to FNC (NHS-Funded Nursing Care) on top of the bed rate. This will be fully refunded following a successful FNC application.
