Lauren came to join us at Beech House in October 2024 with a wealth of experience in both care and activities.
Lauren has joined us as part of the activities team and also undertakes care shifts, which enables her to completely understand the needs of our residents – this has helped her make a difference to them.
Lauren has great links with the community and has brought this to the team. She is also bringing new ideas and talents to enable our residents to feel happy and fulfilled.
Lauren can always be found with a smile on her face. She is happy to engage with our residents and families and has settled into the team seamlessly.

If you’ve ever wandered into the office at Glebe House and heard Taylor Swift playing faintly in the background, chances are, Natalie was hard at work nearby.
Natalie joined us in October 2021 and instantly became part of our team! With her sharp admin skills and “can-do” mindset (seriously, we think she might secretly be a superhero), she’s become an essential part of the team.
We are seriously grateful for all the hard work, humour, and heart that Natalie brings to Glebe House.

This month, we’re proud to shine a light on Michelle, one of our amazing admins at Quarry House.
Michelle has taken the lead on fundraising for an interactive tablet to enhance resident engagement and support meaningful activities. Her recent initiatives, including a “Guess the Fluffy Bunny’s Name” contest and a “How Many Mini Eggs in the Jar?”, have brought plenty of fun and smiles to the home.
Thanks to her hard work and leadership, Quarry House has already raised over £400 this year through raffles, book sales, and plant sales – and she’s only just getting started. With more creative ideas in the pipeline, Michelle is helping to build a more connected, engaging, and joyful community for everyone.
