We are incredibly proud to share some exciting news from within our organisation. Bristol Care Homes has been awarded the Employer of Excellence Award by Bespoke Consultancy & Education Ltd (BCE).
This award recognises employers who demonstrate exceptional commitment to developing, supporting, and investing in their workforce. To be selected for this honour is a wonderful achievement and a true reflection of the values we promote every day across all our homes.
Yesterday, Val, our Training Manager and Lucy, our Beech House Nurse Manager, were delighted to welcome Leanne from BCE, who personally presented them with the award and certificates. It was a moment of celebration not just for leadership, but for every staff member who contributes to the positive, supportive culture that this award acknowledges.
