Team leader nurse roles

Around 50 residents are cared for at each of our homes by our expert dedicated care teams. A care home has direct responsibility for long term holistic person centred care which creates great scope for innovative nursing. This is a fulfilling professional role for our nurses who take overall leadership of our care strategy and delivery.

Carer team roles

Our carers are first fully trained and then join our dedicated teams. Each carer is fully supported and encouraged to develop their own sense of responsibility and job fulfillment in providing excellent care. Many carers have worked with us for many years and receive frequent commendation from residents and their families.

Operational roles

We often have opportunities in catering, housekeeping and maintenance work.
